The Bocuse d’Or is a cooking contest like no other, so it is essential to have a jury that understands the intricacies of the competition.

Every chef of the Bocuse d’Or jury, has attended the Bocuse d’Or and seen for themselves the scale and impact of this the most prestigious chef competition in the world.

The jury comprises three previous UK candidates, Adam Bennett. John Williams MBE and Simon Hulstone as well as Bocuse d’Or UK President Simon Rogan and Honorary Vice President, Brian Turner CBE - who judged the competition from 1989 - 2018. Pierre Koffmann, who held three Michelin stars during his time at La Tante Claire, will join Simon and Brian on the senior judges table.

The adjudicators will include former Team UK coach, Nick Vadis and former UK candidates Tom Phillips (2018-2019) and Tony Wright (2016)

They will be judging four fantastic chefs, each whom must prepare a vegetable terrine with three garnishes and a Cotswold White Free range Chicken, with three garnishes.
