How do I register?

Registration for The Restaurant Show 2018, featuring Bar & Pub and Catering Equipment Expo will open in July. Check back to register for your free visitor badge or register your interest here.

What is the cost?

The Restaurant Show is free to attend.

Am I eligible to visit?

The Restaurant Show is a trade only event that offers commercial opportunities, knowledge, development, culinary discovery and networking for anyone working in:

  • Restaurants
  • Pubs
  • Hotels
  • Leisure clubs
  • Bars
  • Cafes
  • Contract catering
  • Private catering
  • Airline catering

We also have a lot of interest from people who wish to set up a business in this sector. You are more than welcome to visit the show if this is your situation.

No under 18s will be admitted. Students by prior arrangement only. Please read our Admissions Policy.

Can I register my colleague and/or friend?

Yes, Once you have registered yourself online, you can register a colleague or friend that is also within the industry.

I’m a member of the press; can I get a press pass?

Yes, please select ‘Press’ on the registration form. All applications for press passes will be vetted by our team.

Can I bring my child with me?

This is an industry only event and therefore no one under the age of 18 will be admitted.

Why should I visit?

The Restaurant Show offers the best opportunity to see the widest selection of products and services available to the hospitality industry under one roof.

Whatever your role in the industry, our live events programme will feature a session to motivate you and have your burning business questions answered live.

It is beneficial to take the time away from the office to visit The Restaurant Show. We have over 450 suppliers all under one roof, to save you time seeing them individually throughout the year.

Can I attend on all 3 days?

Yes, once registered you can come along any day and your badge allows you in on multiple days.

Will there be any seminars, workshops or demonstrations?

Yes there will be. We update our content programme every year to keep up to date with the latest trends. Our live event programme covers a broad selection of topics, especially industry trends.

You will also have the opportunity to watch live finals of prestigious competition such as National Chef of the Year, Young National Chef of the Year, Kikkoman Masters and Apprentice and Senior Compass Chef of the Year culinary competition.

Is there a show guide?

Yes, this will be available in the October issue of Restaurant Magazine and at the show free of charge to all visitors.

Do I need proof of industry?

The Restaurant Show is trade only so you may be asked to validate your registration with proof of business onsite.

I’m worried I haven’t received my badge yet what can I do?

Badges will be emailed to you prior to the event. If you don’t receive your badge you can turn up on the day and a new badge can be printed very quickly for you.
