Top wine tips from Peter McCombie

Peter McCombie will be running two insightful sessions at The Restaurant Show on Monday 3rd October.

1. Don’t discount, add value. For example: give away a taster glass of dessert wine with specific desserts

2. Don’t mistake cheapness for value. When reviewing wines on your list don’t compromise quality for a lower price.

3. Look after your staff. The good ones keep your customers happy and keep them coming back.
