The Restaurant Show 2015 – Extending the audience with a bigger venue and a new complementary show

The Restaurant Show will be moving to a bigger, better location at London’s premier exhibition venue, Olympia. In addition a brand new highly complementary and co-located show has been launched.

Conscious Hospitality Show will run alongside The Restaurant Show in its new home from 5 to 7 October 2015. Absolutely in tune with the evolving consciousness of today’s diners, Conscious Hospitality Show will address the issues they care about most. “The age of the conscious consumer has arrived,” says Elizabeth Duncan, Commercial Director at William Reed Business Media “When it comes to food and dining, latest research shows that health and nutrition, responsible sourcing, sustainability and business ethics are top of the agenda and that consumers actively favour restaurants and foodservice establishments that have a strong track record in these areas. “We’re creating Conscious Hospitality Show to help these establishments gain competitive advantage by addressing issues proactively and positively within their businesses.”

Across the three days, they’ll be a comprehensive expert-led industry programme with demonstrations, live debates and tastings, including Raymond Blanc OBE, Tristram Stuart, Food Waste Campaigner, Tom Hunt, an acclaimed eco-chef, and author of The Natural Cook.and leading food futurologist Dr Morgaine Gaye.
