The programme of events has been announced and the opening day will see an exciting line up of sessions including the discovery of the Midsummer House dishes as Chef Patron Daniel Clifford discusses his tell-all book, Out of my Tree, about making it to the top.
OpenTable will host a panel which explores how the clever use of technology can help restaurants cater to evolving personal preferences, whilst the latest MCA research and annual Restaurant Market Report will be presented by Strategic Advisor, Simon Stenning.
Speakers such as Tom Kerridge, Ruth Hansom, Gary Usher and Neil Rankin will also join the exciting line up, taking part in thought-provoking and topical panel discussions throughout the three days.
