With the stage set and just over a month until doors open at The Restaurant Show in London, we take a look at the exciting activities planned across the three days at London Olympia.

Chef mentoring with world-class experts

New to 2023, The Restaurant Show is partnering with leading chefs to deliver two-hour mentoring sessions with up and coming and aspiring chefs from across the industry. Across the three days, Tommy Banks, Sally Abe, Cyrus Todiwala, Gareth Ward and Philli Armitage-Mattin will take to the stage to run exclusive masterclasses, discussing their careers and motivations, sharing advice around the industry, showcasing their skills in the kitchen, and answering any burning questions from our chef audience. As one of the key partners to the show, you will find the Restaurant team on the Restaurant Live stage throughout the three days, facilitating panels and interviewing some of the most influential people from across the industry. Sessions to look out for include:

Dedicated area for bar and drinks

New to this year is Bar & Drinks – a dedicated area showcasing a holistic view of beverages in hospitality. From aperitifs and cocktails to beers, wines and spirits to coffees, teas and infusions, the drinks menu is a key element of any restaurant, bar, or pub and the driver of higher margins and profitability. This zone will also be bolstered by a dedicated Bar & Drinks Live theatre in partnership with The Morning Advertiser.
