What is the event about?
The show is dedicated to the restaurant industry and is for anyone involved in the trade.

Where is the event?
Earls Court 2 London

Who is exhibiting at the event?
The Restaurant Show covers all aspects of the restaurant trade. There will be companies involved in: catering equipment, furniture, design and interiors, food, wine and spirits, soft drinks and water, beer, coffee, tea and water, tableware, front of house, business services and technology. Who should visit the event?
Chefs, Sommeliers & wine buyers, restaurant owners and managers, designers, suppliers to the trade- anyone involved in the restaurant industry.

Will there be any seminars, workshops or demonstrations?
Yes, there will be a number of features running throughout the show.

Is there a catalogue?
Yes, this will be part of the October issue of Restaurant Magazine and available at the show free of charge to all visitors.

If I have registered for the exhibition, can I attend on more than one day?
Yes, once registered you can come along any day and your badge allows you in on multiple days.

How can I register?
By visiting the Restaurant Show website. Can I register my colleague and/or friend? Yes, once you have registered yourself online, you can register a colleague or friend that is also within the industry.

ALREADY REGISTERED:

I attended the event last year; will I automatically receive a badge?
No you will need to pre register.

I'm worried that I haven't received my badge yet, what can I do?
Badges will be emailed to you prior to the event unless opted otherwise. If you have opted to have your badge mailed to you, you will receive this out two weeks prior to the show. If you don't receive your badge you can turn up on the day and a new badge can be printed very quickly for you.

What type of ID do I need to bring as I am in the process of setting up a business in the trade?
Please bring a business card if you have one.

NOT YET REGISTERED:

Can I visit the event if I'm not in the trade?
No, this is not a consumer show.

Is there a charge for registering pre-event?
No.

Is there a charge to register on the door?
There is a £20 charge if you register after 7th October and also on the door.

Do I have to provide all of my personal details?
The Restaurant Show is independently audited and therefore we require the mandatory fields on the registration form.

I don't want to be contacted after the event; how can I prevent this from happening?
Please make sure you tick the correct boxes when registering.

I am a student; can I visit the event?
By prior arrangement only. Please call 01293 610230

Can my children visit the event with me?
Strictly no under 18s.

Are there any creche facilities?
No

Is there a cloakroom at the event?
Yes. This will be situated within the hall. Jackets and Coats will cost £1 and bags and cases will cost £2.

Is there an International Lounge at the event?
No

How do I get to the event?
West Brompton is the nearest station. It is served by the District Line Underground line and direct train services from Gatwick, Clapham Junction, Brighton, Watford Junction and Willesden Junction. If you are using Sat Nav, the postcode is SW5 9TA

ACCESS & FACILITIES:

Will there be anywhere that I can access the internet while I'm at the event?
Yes, within the Business Centre.

Can I hire a wheelchair at the event?
Yes, you can hire manual wheelchairs only. There is no charge but a deposit will be required.

What is wheelchair access like at the venue?
Good.

Are pushchairs allowed into the exhibition halls?
No the show is strictly no under 18s

Will there be anywhere to buy food while I'm at the exhibition?
Yes, there are two outlets within the hall.

TRAVEL INFORMATION:

I'm travelling by car, where can I park?
There is ample parking at Earls Court 2. To pre book your space, please call +44 (0)871 9809 or log onto www.eco.co.uk. International customers should call +44 (0)20 7598 2515. This system is ticket-less so please bring along the credit card used for booking.

Can I reserve a parking space?
Yes, see above question.

I am travelling a distance for the event, where can I stay?
