Newly confirmed are Dr. Nathan Myhrvold & Maxime Bilet authors of the ground-breaking Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking. They will be sharing techniques and findings learnt during the culinary journey to produce their six-volume exploration. See them on The Centre Stage on Monday 10th October at 2pm!
