Drinks Quarter
The Drinks Quarter will bring together producers, industry figures, sommeliers and buyers to the on-trade in a highly informative and explorative tabletop sampling area. Hourly demonstrations, pairings and tastings will engage and educate sommeliers and buyers from restaurants, pubs, caterers and hotel.
