Visitors to this year’s Restaurant Show will have the rare opportunity to see a live interview with the world’s most famous chef, Ferran Adrià.
The chef-patron of Spain’s renowned El Bulli – voted the world’s best restaurant for the last four years running – will be answering questions posed by Paul Wootton, editor of Restaurant magazine, on The Stage, an exciting new show feature for 2009. |
